When do I pay?
Nothing is paid online. Your dates are held as soon as you send the request. When the office confirms your booking, they collect payment and a refundable damage deposit. You get the deposit back when the machine comes back in good shape.
How do I know my booking is confirmed?
You'll get an email copy of your request right away. Then our office calls or emails you to confirm the booking, the final price, and pickup or delivery.
Can you deliver the machine?
Yes. Pick it up from us, or we'll drop it off at your job and pick it up when you're done. Delivery is a flat price within 30 km, plus a small charge per km beyond that. You'll see the price before you send your request.
What if I don't know how to run it?
Book it with one of our operators. They run the machine, you tell them what you need done.
What if I need it longer?
Call the office at 506.388.5308. If the next days are open, we'll extend your rental.
