LegalPrivacy Policy

Choreguys is a family-owned snow removal and excavation business in Moncton, New Brunswick. This website is choreguys.ca. Questions about privacy can go to sales@choreguys.ca or 506.388.5308.

We collect information you give us and information created when you use the site:

• Sign-up, quote, and contact forms: name, email, phone, address or message, the service or topic you are asking about, and any notes you include.
• Careers applications: name, contact details, and the resume file you upload.
• Support requests sent by email, phone, or a form on this site.
• Technical information such as browser type, pages visited, and approximate location derived from IP address, which our hosting provider may log to operate and secure the site.

We use this information to:

• Respond to sign-ups, quotes, support requests, and job applications.
• Confirm whether an address is in our service area and follow up about seasonal service.
• Run, protect, and improve the website.
• Meet legal, billing, and insurance requirements.

We do not sell personal information.

Cookies are small files stored on your device. You choose how we use them. Necessary cookies always stay on so the site can work and so we can remember this choice. Optional cookies stay off until you allow them.

• Accept allows maps, forms, and chat, and analytics. The live tractor tracker, weather radar, chat widget, and any third-party sign-up form may then load and set their own cookies.
• Decline keeps only necessary cookies. Third-party embeds are not loaded. The tracker and radar pages show a prompt instead of the map.
• Adjust preferences lets you turn maps, forms, and chat, and analytics on or off separately, then save that choice.

A signed staff session cookie is used only on the internal admin pages. We do not currently load analytics cookies; if we add them later, they will run only when analytics is allowed. You can change your choice any time with Cookie settings in the footer. Clearing site data in your browser also resets this choice. Third-party cookies already stored by those services may need to be cleared in your browser as well.

Snow removal sign-ups submitted through the embedded form go to our operations system (Aurora Suite). Other form submissions are emailed to our office. We use a third-party email delivery service to send those messages. Hosting, security, and embed providers (including the live tracker, weather radar, and sign-up form) may process limited technical data so those tools can load. We share information only when it is needed to provide the service you asked for, to run the website, or when the law requires it.

We keep inquiry, customer, and application records for as long as we need them to provide service, follow up, and meet legal or accounting requirements, then we delete or archive them. Website logs are kept only for a short operating period unless we need them to investigate a problem.

Under Canadian privacy law you may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or withdraw consent where we rely on it. Email sales@choreguys.ca or call 506.388.5308. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

This website is for homeowners and job applicants. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you have read the revised policy.
