Land clearing & site prep
- Before
- Every build starts with open ground.
- After
- Trees cut, usable wood left for you to keep or have hauled away, and the land opened for whatever you need it for.

Every job starts the same way: we come out, walk the property with you, and look at the ground. Not on the list? Send us a quick message and tell us what you've got in mind.
Why we do it differently
The calls that never got returned. The quote that grew once the digging started. The crew that tore up the yard and moved on to the next job. Most people have been burned at least once, and it makes hiring the next contractor feel like a gamble.
Our family learned what people want from a contractor in the worst weather of the year. Since 2008 we've been out in the middle of the night clearing driveways, and those storms taught us three things: get back to people, tell the truth about what the job needs, and still be around next year.
When we brought our machines to dirt work, we brought those lessons with us. Every excavation job comes with three promises.
We get back to you.
A real person answers every message, and we follow up when we say we will.
We quote it straight.
We walk your property for free and give you a clear price before any digging starts.
We finish the job.
The ground is graded back before we leave, and we're right here if you ever need us again.

Your property drainage solution experts
Most water problems start small and quiet, then show up all at once when the snow melts or the fall rain sets in. Tap the signs you've noticed around your place.
Two or more usually means the water has found a path you didn't give it. We'll find out where it's coming from and give it a better one.
How it works

Good questions
Every property is different. The soil, the slope, how easy it is to get a machine in, and how much material is needed all change the price. That's why we come out and look first. The on-site estimate is free, and you get a clear quote before any work starts.
Yes. We work on homes and light commercial properties: small businesses, rental properties, and small commercial lots.
Anywhere in Westmorland, Albert, and Kent counties. Not sure if you're covered? Send us a message and ask.
We grade the ground back before we leave, so it's smooth and sloped the right way. Topsoil and seeding aren't included by default, but we can add them to your quote.
Before any digging, we request the markings for buried utility lines on your property. It usually takes a few working days, and we plan the start date around it.
Same family, same office, same standard. The machines change with the season. The way we treat your property doesn't.
Free on-site estimates
Show us the rough lot, the driveway that falls apart every spring, or the corner of the basement that's always damp. We'll walk it with you, tell you what we see, and give you a clear price before anything starts. The estimate is free.
