Why Choreguys · Excavation in southeast NBWe build for the years after we drive away.

Anyone can make a property look good the day the machines leave. The real test comes later: the first hard frost, the spring melt, the storm that drops an inch of rain in an hour. That's the test we build for, every single time.

Our story

It started with snow. It taught us about water.

In 2008, Ross and DeeDee started Choreguys with one tractor, one truck, and a handful of driveways in Moncton's North End. Neighbours told neighbours, and the business grew street by street on a simple promise: show up, keep people in the loop, and do the job right.

Years of working through storms in the middle of the night teach you a few things. You learn that people don't just want the work done. They want someone who answers, tells them the truth, and is still around next year. And you learn to respect water, because everything you move all winter melts in the spring and goes looking for somewhere to go.

When we brought our machines to dirt work, we brought every one of those lessons with us.

“We do every job like the ground is going to check our work. Because it will.”

Your property drainage solution experts

Drainage is where we made our name.

A wet basement. A yard that never dries out. A driveway that heaves every spring. Nearly every one of these comes back to water with nowhere good to go, and fixing that properly is the work we're proudest of.

  1. 01

Pipe built for the long haul

We use a heavy-duty pipe most contractors don't. Whatever goes in the ground should never be the weak link.

  2. 02

Our own way in the trench

How we prepare a trench is something we've refined over years of digging. It stays in the family, but you'll feel the difference every spring.

  3. 03

    Access, always

Every system gets a clean-out brought up to the surface, so it can be checked and serviced without tearing up your yard again.

We build every system like we'll be the ones answering for it twenty years from now.
