It describes residential snow removal and excavation services, lets you request service or a quote, and shows tools such as the live tractor tracker and weather desk. Content is provided for general information. Service area, availability, pricing, and plan details can change.

Submitting a form is a request, not a completed contract. We still need to confirm your address, the work, and availability. A snow removal season or excavation job is only in place once our office has confirmed it with you. Information on this site does not replace that confirmation.

• Attempt to access staff-only pages, other customers' information, or the site's systems.

The Choreguys name, logos, photos, video, text, and design on this site belong to Choreguys or its licensors. You may not use them without our written permission, except to view the site in a browser.

The live tracker, weather radar, maps, social links, and any chat widget are provided by other companies. Their terms and privacy practices apply to those tools. We are not responsible for content or outages on those services.

The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will always be available, error-free, or that weather, tracker, or operations information is complete or current. Weather and storm conditions change quickly. Rely on official sources for safety decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by New Brunswick law, Choreguys is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, including lost data or inability to access a page or embed. Liability related to snow removal or excavation work is governed by the service agreement for that work, not these website terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Courts in New Brunswick have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about the website, except where the law says otherwise.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
