Drainage solutions · Moncton and southeast NBWater always finds a way. We build it one that lasts.
Puddles that sit for days. A lawn that squishes underfoot. Runoff that freezes across the driveway. Water creeping toward the basement. We find where the water is coming from, then build it a path away from your home using methods most contractors skip. Our standard is simple: build every system like we'd have to stand behind it for life.
Why choose us
Built once. Built right. Built to last.
Your drainage system lives underground, where you'll never see it again. That's exactly why we put more care into it than anyone will ever notice. Every job is held to the same standard, no matter how small.
That standard shows up in the details. Heavy-duty pipe made to take the weight of the ground. Trenches prepared the right way, so the pipe stays clear. Access brought up to the surface, so your system can be checked and serviced for years without tearing up your yard. It takes more time on our end, and it's built so you only have to do it once.
It's why our machines carry the line "Your property drainage solution experts." Drainage is the work we're known for, and we'd love to show you why.

Why we build it the way we do
We've dug up enough of these to know what lasts.
This pipe came out of a drainage system we were called in to replace. Thin, flexible pipe like this is common, but over a few years the weight of the ground can crush it out of shape and fill it with soil until water can't get through.
Jobs like this are exactly why we build ours differently. Heavy-duty pipe that holds its shape. Trenches prepared so the pipe stays clear. Access at the surface so it can be checked and flushed for years to come.
It takes more time and care on our end. That's the point. We want to build it once, and build it right.
What we do
How we handle drainage solutions.
We find the real cause first
Before anything gets dug, we walk the property with you and figure out where the water is coming from and where it can safely go. Then we build what your property actually needs, and nothing it doesn't.
Pipe that holds up
A lot of drainage is built with thin pipe that crushes and plugs over time. We use a heavy-duty pipe most contractors don't bother with, made to take the weight of the ground without giving out.
Trenches done the right way
How a trench is prepared decides how long a drain lasts. We take extra steps most crews skip, so the pipe stays clear and keeps the water moving season after season.
Access for years to come
Every system gets access points brought up to the surface. If it ever needs a check or a flush down the road, it can be done without tearing up your yard.
The result
A dry yard, a dry basement, and a drainage system built so you can stop worrying about it.

What makes your drainage different?
Three things most contractors skip because they take more time and cost more up front: heavy-duty pipe that stands up to the weight of the ground, trenches prepared so the pipe stays clear, and access points at the surface so the system can be serviced for years. It's more work on our end, and that's the point.
How do you figure out what's causing the problem?
We walk the property with you during your free on-site estimate. We look at how the ground slopes, where your downspouts and sump pump drain, where the water sits, and where it can safely go. Then we explain what we see in plain language before we quote anything.
What kind of drainage work do you do?
Whatever your property needs. That might be reshaping the ground so it slopes away from the house, a swale (a shallow, grassy dip that carries water around your home), a French drain for a soggy spot, a culvert under the driveway, or buried lines that carry downspout and sump pump water to a ditch or a dry well where it can soak safely into the ground. Most properties need a mix, and we'll explain why before we quote.
Will my yard be torn up?
Any digging disturbs the ground where we work. We plan it with you ahead of time, keep the digging to what the job needs, and grade the ground back when we're done. Topsoil and seeding can be added to your quote.
What if I'm close to a stream or wetland?
In New Brunswick, work within 30 metres of a stream, river, or wetland needs a provincial permit. We'll let you know during the estimate if your job is close enough to need one.
Often done together
One crew. The whole job.
Most projects touch more than one of these. We handle them together so you're not coordinating three contractors.
