Foundations & utilities · Moncton and southeast NBEverything you build sits on this. Get it right the first time.
A new home, garage, or addition starts with a hole in the ground, and that hole decides a lot about what comes next. We dig to your plans, trench for your water, sewer, and power lines, and fill it back in properly, so your builder can get straight to work.
The part nobody sees
Once it's buried, it has to be right.
After the concrete is poured and the lines are covered, nobody sees the digging again. That's exactly why it matters. A dig that's off, or a trench filled in carelessly, can mean settling, cracked floors, and damaged lines years down the road.
We treat the dig like the foundation of your project, because it is. Utility lines are marked before we start, we work to your plans, and we keep your builder in the loop.

Straight answers
Good questions to ask.
Anything else? Call the office. A real person will answer.
Do you work with my builder?
Yes. Whether you hired us directly or your builder did, we coordinate the dig with whoever is handling the next step.
Who arranges to have the buried lines marked?
We do. Before any digging, we request the utility line markings for your property. It usually takes a few working days, so we build that into the schedule.
Often done together
One crew. The whole job.
Most projects touch more than one of these. We handle them together so you're not coordinating three contractors.
Land clearing & site prep
We clear land for a house, a camp, a right of way, or whatever you have planned, and leave the usable wood for you.
