Land clearing & site prep · Moncton and southeast NBFrom raw land to open ground.

Whether it's a house lot, a camp, or a right of way, we clear exactly the ground you need, save the good wood for you, and leave the trees you love standing.

Where it starts

Every build starts with open ground.

Before there's a house, a camp, a shop, or a driveway, there's usually a stand of trees in the way. Clearing is the first real step on any piece of raw land, and how it's done shapes everything after it. Take too much and you lose the shade, privacy, and character that drew you to the property in the first place. Take too little and the build stalls before it starts.

That's why we start by walking the land with you. You show us where the house or lane is going, which trees matter to you, and how far the clearing should reach. Then we clear exactly that. The good wood is left in lengths you can use, or we haul it away if you'd rather not deal with it. When we leave, you have open ground ready for what comes next, and the rest of your property looks just the way it did.

  1. We cut the trees

Each tree is cut, and the usable wood is left in lengths you can use. The trees you want to keep stay standing.

  2. Keep the wood, or we haul it

The good wood is yours. Keep it on the property, or have us haul it away. We'll price both when we walk the land.

  3. Only the area you asked for

We clear the space you need and leave the rest of the property as it was.

  4. Rights of way and easements

We clear the strip a driveway, lane, or utility line needs to pass through, and keep the way open.

The result

Trees cut, usable wood left for you to keep or have hauled away, and the land opened for whatever you need it for.

Straight answers

Good questions to ask.

Anything else? Call the office. A real person will answer.

What kinds of land will you clear?

A lot for a house, a camp, a shop, a yard, or just open ground. We'll clear it for whatever you need it for. We also clear rights of way and easements, the strips a driveway, a lane, or a power line has to pass through.

What happens to the wood?

We cut the trees and leave the usable wood. You can keep it, or we can haul it away. We'll walk through both and the price of each one during the estimate.

Can you build the driveway too?

Yes. If you need a driveway or lane as well, we can build that too. It's its own part of the quote, with the same crew.

Do I need a permit to clear my land?

It depends on where the property is and what you're planning. Land near a stream or wetland, for example, needs a provincial permit. We'll point you in the right direction during the estimate, before any work starts.
